PH Research Services Ltd was founded by Managing Director Paula Hoath in 1992. Since then the company has grown steadily to become the well-established and respected fieldwork agency it is today.

From our offices in Middleton in the North West of England we manage a network of 21 area supervisors and more than 500 field interviewers that covers the whole of the UK and Ireland. We also have a 30-strong in-house telephone research unit working in both pen-and-paper and CATI formats.

Paula, Field Director Helen Green and Senior Project Manager Janet Ralphs have a lifetime’s experience in market research between them.
